An ecumenical Christian workcamp for high school youth working to change Hearts and Homes in the Fredericksburg, Virginia area since 1999. |
| How You Can Help |
Breakfast: We have an angel of a volunteer that will be getting our
breakfast set-up at 5 A.M., cleaning up after the campers leave for the
worksite and organizing the breakfasts for the following day. If you're an
early riser and would like to assist, give us a call. If you would like to
make or donate breakfast or snacks give us a call.
Lunch: If you are interested in providing lunches for 7-10 people at a worksite for the week (Monday - Friday), not only do you get to meet the crew, but you get a chance to see what they are doing! We do our best to match you with a work site as close to you as possible. We also like to encourage those adopters to stay and eat with the crew and learn about the work they are doing. Dinner: Groups can provide dinner for one night for 100 people. Dinner is normally served at 5:00 p.m. at Fredericksburg Christian High School, our home base. Groups may cook in the kitchen at the school, or bring it in and heat it up. |
